You can claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are, faulty or misdescribed when bought online.
Returns
Refunds online purchases
If you are not completely satisfied you may return your online purchase items within 28 days. Please note returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing hazelwoodbeauty@gmail.com. You then have a further 14 days to return your items provided they are in perfect condition, unopened in the case of cosmetics and skincare, and all items in original packaging. We regret we do not offer free postage on returned items however we will refund postage costs where goods are found to be faulty.
Refunds Instore purchases
In salon items for products that have no fault can not be refunded but can be exchanged if given back unopened and in perfect condition including packaging within 14 days of purchase, with your proof of purchase. We only accept returns from the person who bought the item.
Gift vouchers/Cards
Gift vouchers/cards bought online have 14 days from receipt of order to request a refund. This must be done in writing via post or email and not by phone.

Exchange

Courses
Courses are non refundable. If for medical reasons you are unable to continue with your course we will exchange and transfer the remainder value towards other suitable treatment.
