Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Your legal rights:
You can claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Refunds can only be made if a product is faulty. The product will be sent back to the manufacturer for analysis and where applicable a refund will be given.
Gift vouchers/cards bought online have 7 days from receipt of order to request a refund. This must be done in writing via post or email and not by phone.
Gift vouchers/card bought onsite are non refundable
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to:
Products that have no fault can not be refunded but can be exchanged if given back unopened and in perfect condition including packaging within 14 days of purchase, with your proof of purchase. We only accept returns from the person who bought the item.
Courses are non refundable. If for medical reasons you are unable to continue with your course we will exchange and transfer the remainder value towards other suitable treatment.
