The end of a beautiful month celebrating 5 years in our bespoke building.

Where we built us, just hit my heart strings. Every year I simply can’t believe how we progress and move forward.

Have to admit I got quite emotional scrolling through our footage.

I look back and see all the hard work creating this business and building Hazelwood from scratch; self motivating and driving the dream.

I am so happy to be an independent business, a female entrepreneur, a visionary just making it all happen

Bless each and everyone of you that HAS BEEN – STILL VISITS – WE ARE YET TO MEET.

We do this because WE LOVE IT!

We will continue to spread kindness and give the space for everyone who moves through our doors to get the best service and opportunity to feel special.

Hazelwood 5 years on and we are still going strong. What a rollercoaster businesses have been through over the last few years and we are so proud and grateful to be still standing here. To create this space and still welcome each one of you through our doors is heartwarming. Your kind words and support throughout has been humbling. To celebrate we have a Lucky dip bag to present this month at your appointment as a thank you. Each person will receive one lucky dip to take away free.

HAZELWOOD RECEIVES CANCER MASSAGE TRAINING

DESIGNED TO GIVE BACK TO THOSE IN NEED


Hazelwood has decided to train with the registered charity Amethyst Trust who has developed a new approach to treating clients living with cancer in their business, through the creation of a specialist training course. The course is one of the first to be accepted by a leading insurance provider, has been approved by the industry standard Habia and endorsed by Penny Brohn UK.

Sam Francome says “There are a plethora of myths surrounding whether massage is safe whilst undergoing cancer treatment and the reality is that it is perfectly safe if adaptations are made hence we chose Amethyst’s recognised training to do this correctly. Recent research is showing that during 2016 1 in 3 people will be diagnosed with cancer, rising to 1 in 2 by 2020 so it is really important to my business that we are able to embrace the amazing benefits of massage therapy in body and facial treatments treating those clients safely and effectively.

Completing this course allows our Front of house staff to be fully informed and all our Therapists qualified and able to complete adapted treatments where needed after a full consultation. The treatments we provide are from our full Hazelwood Menu, it is in the consultation that we learn how to provide the best service for your needs. We are now fully insured by BABTAC for our Amethyst Cancer treatment accreditation.

We look forward to meeting all those in need of Beauty treatments during and after their Cancer journey.

New Website

This is personally a major achievement and joy for me. To create and complete my own website. I have taken so many hours (and sleepless nights) of personal development time to self learn and building this website; I am absolutely delighted with the results. This is just the beginning of a new creative side that will allow me to continue to develop and provide more informative ways of bringing Hazelwood and what it offers to you. I simply can’t wait for what’s coming next……so keep checking in!

New Online Gift cards

The final glorious moment when these beautiful online gift cards became a reality and went live. It is harder to make things simple, elegant and easy to use, but oh so very important! We have had a record number of online gift cards being bought this year with our quick and easy service. Thanks for all the feedback on how nice it is to schedule in a gift and how you have enjoyed the simple process!
