I am delighted to tell you that after an intense judging process you have been selected as a finalist in the South West & Wales Large Salon of the Year category of the Professional Beauty Regional Awards. We are pleased to say that each year the number and quality of entries gets better, and the judges commented this year on the professionalism of all the entries.
Practicing mentoring over the last few years has been a pleasure. Watching self discovery blossom and with it the answers and solutions to everyday struggles begin to melt away.
In years gone by it has met with intrigue and a smile when I have expressed my idealism and attitude to a work life balance. But now the world is on the turn and the demand for balance on the rise. Every platform is mixing mindfulness in their blogs and posts to connect with one another beyond the normal marketing pattern of whatever industry they are in. It is heart warming to see that now professional bodies in the Beauty industry are using helpful posts with mindful quotes mixed in with Beauty information.
