We are now able to carry out some treatments.
The following are NOT PERMITTED yet sadly 🙁

Eyelash and brow treatments
Machine based facials
To make an appointment
Please fill out our waiting list form (in the top menu bar), including every service you wish to have booked. We are working our way through the list of treatments we can do and holding any remaining service you request so we will be ready when we get the go ahead for these services.
Confirmation email
There is no confirmation email that you are on the list but rest assured all entries are registered and you will be contacted ASAP.
Voucher redemption
Temporarily all Vouchers are restricted to redeem £50 per month per person whilst we go through this transition over the next four months back to full services, all current vouchers up to the time Hazelwood re-opened will be extended for a further year from their expiry date. This is because we wish to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Online booking
Please note our online booking is suspended during this time. We are booking all appointments via our waiting list forms and calls in the most efficient method possible to bring back our Therapists as quickly and safely as possible.
Answer phone
Our answer phone is temporarily suspended whilst we put our attention to clients visiting for their appointments ensuring they are welcomed and follow the safety measures in place and both Receptionists are working hard calling our waiting list clients. We will resume the answer phone service as soon as we can because we know it is lovely to be able to ring out of hours and leave a message or query.
Email
This is our easiest point of contact outside of appointments to the salon. We are working through them daily so you should get a reply relatively soon.
Again, thank you for your understanding in these unusual and challenging times.
We would love to give you all a date for our return, but after the Government announcement sadly our industry is not yet able to do so!
We are happy to be safe but sadly, any appointments in July now can not go ahead.
We do have our waiting list ready for you just follow the link below to join this (if you haven’t already done so) to access all further FAQ’s and details you need on our website. Join our Waiting list
Safety is our priority, and we have put the industry recommended steps with many measures in place ready for our doors to welcome you back.
As our big reunion looms, we wanted to let you know about the new social distancing measures that have been put in place in the salon. We know som
e of you will be feeling so excited about coming in to see us while others will be feeling somewhat nervous and anxious. It is our goal that every single one of you can feel comfortable in our salon. As such, we are kindly asking that you:
Arrive alone for your appointment
Wait in your car or outside in fresh air if you are early for your appointment. We appreciate your prompt arrival. If you are late, we may have to reschedule.
Wash your hands when you arrive at the salon
Keep a space of 2 metres between you and anyone else in the salon
Do not touch or shake hands with anyone else in the salon
Please bring your bank card or contactless payment as it will be cashless payments only
We are also
asking customers to reschedule your appointment if:
You have experienced any cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days
Have been in contact with anyone with cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days
So that our salon is as safe as possible, you will have a slightly different salon experience than before:
Apart from water, food and beverage service has been suspended.
The use of the coat hanging will be suspended for the time being. Please limit the amount of personal items you bring with you into the salon. Anything brought in will need to be kept with you at all times.
Appointments are spaced out to reduce the number of people present and to allow extra time for cleaning/sanitization.
Sanitizing of personal spaces and hand washing will take place in between clients. As well as more frequent cleaning of high touch common area surfaces.
Staff have been informed and trained on sanitization best practices
We can’t wait to see you soon,
W.C
Of course there will be W.C facilities on site which will be cleaned on a rota. Paper towels are supplied to dry your hands and hand sanitiser is available throughout the salon.
Our NEW WAITING LIST FORM for bookings in preperation for re-opening will be going live this weekend. Current appointments will sadly be changed due to our reduced capacity, reviewed opening hours and services.

Yes, all July appointments we are unable to keep.
With our current reduced menu we need you to request your appointment choices via the waiting list form in the link. We know who has made appointments and we will keep them as close to your requests as possible once we have a start back date.
My service is no longer on your list!
If one of your favourite treatments is now removed from our list, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via the waiting list form in the link, so we can recommend a similar service that is suited to you.
I can see a service I want!
Great,For all appointment requests please use this waiting list form in the link.
When will you be open?
We have no ‘safe to do so’ go ahead from the government yet. Our menu and opening times are streamlining, initially we will not be opening on a Monday and will have reduced hours Tuesday to Friday. so we kindly ask you request:
Am or pm
Days you are available
Your preferred therapist – we will do this where we can
Will I get a time/ day / therapist that I want?
We will do our best to select your preffered therapist but we may need to book you in with a different therapist due to timings and capacity.
We have extra hygiene time between clients and so arranging the flow of appointments will be crucial to us opening. Please help us by being flexible.
How does the waiting list work?
We schedule an undated virtual diary of weeks 1,2,3,4,5 and 6.
When we know a sure date to re-open, we will drop all the appointments from week 1 into the first week we are open and so on.
A confirmation email will then notify you as normal (this will only happen when we start placing appointments with a date in our system, you will not receive an email confirmation on the waiting list we may contact you if we need more information).
Please note we can not reply to phone messages, but can reply to emails, we would be grateful if you could be patient until we can reply.
We want to honour those who have already made bookings where we can and create a way to be safe, fair and efficient for the demand of new bookings.
When I come to the salon do I need to have a face covering?
When you visit Hazelwood a mask will need to be worn:
For your safety, our staff will be wearing face masks, until we are advised otherwise.
We request you provide and wear your own face mask when visiting us and throughout your treatment.
We are kindly asking customers not to make an appointment if:
You have experienced any cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days
Have been in contact with anyone with cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days
We have had to close our online booking temporarily to allow us to arrange safe timings for treatments as we adjust our services to fit these unprecedented times.
We will be sending a smart waiting list to you soon, making it easy for you to request a booking in your reply. The list will be based on a weekly rota, rather than a calendar date since we have not yet had a confirmed safe start date and guidance from the government. This will allow us to schedule preferred days and times for you, then as soon as we know we are reopening we can quickly drop week one into the first week back and so on.
Our industry is daily in touch with the government and are working closely with them to map out safe services and salon environment. We are one of a few industries who can not re-open and socially distance in order to run our business and therefore there is a lot to consider, but we are getting there.
Sam has taken extra certification on Health and safety during Covid-19 and with the brand houses we hold for your consideration.
We will be updating this area as soon as changes are made.
We hope you are all well and look forward see you soon.
