Welcome to Hazelwood,
Thank you for spending time here with us today. We want you to get the best from your experience with us here, so we thought it would be nice to let you know what we do to make life easier for you.
Confirming bookings – Sent at the time of booking. We recommend your appointment date and time be added to your personal calendar.
Updates and news – Are kept to a minimum, usually about once a month
Availability – Sent regularly with the same title ‘Availability’ so you can choose not to open if this is not something you need that day.
*Text reminders – A free automated text reminder is sent 48 hours prior to appointments where you can confirm your booking. This courtesy text is a prompt only, we recommend your appointment date and time be added to your personal calendar.
Text reviews – sent after a treatment, helping us maintain our high standards and for others to hear about your comments.
NB* Texts unfortunately cannot be replied to.
Rescheduling or cancellations can be made upto 24hours prior to your appointment.
If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel an appointment we do all we can to refill this space. However where this has not been possible we reserve the right to charge a minimum of 50% (this can be more for large bookings) cancellation fee. A deposit may be required for large bookings.
SMS and Emails you can opt in and out of at any time (SMS and emails confirming appointments, reminders and reviews are separate to marketing).

Online booking and deposit guidance:
Online Bookings – take a minimal online fee (ususally between 60p and £2). Your online deposit is a fee charged by a secure banking online booking service. Hazelwood does not receive this fee but does deduct it from your appointment after your visit and absorbs the fee itself.
Rescheduling – Your deposit will be carried over to your new appointment
Cancelling – Your deposit will not be refunded online or in the salon if the appointment has been cancelled.
Vouchers – Online booking does not facilitate vouchers. These bookings are best made initially through the salon. If you wish to book a treatment online we can not refund the deposit.
We reward every pound you spend with a points scheme that accumulates towards FREE treatments you haven’t experienced before. When redeeming you simply add it to any paying service. We hope you enjoy your treat experience and find some new favourites you didn’t expect but can’t wait to try again.
If you don’t see a treatment you wish to try, just keep saving them until you do!
GREAT NEWS – the points generate electronically so no need to carry a card!!!!
EXTRA POINTS – Refer a friend, upload a selfie, or share a review on social media and gain extra points.
NB* Treat points are not redeemable in December
Instore – a Bespoke card will be completed containing all your gift information and sealed in a Hazelwood envelope.
Online – Pay online, a digital download will be generated for you to print
All valid for 12 months from purchase – See full terms on our website
Vouchers can not be redeemed within the online booking process.
BONUS – buying a gift card gives you the treat points
Some courses can be bought online via our vouchers. This voucher is then converted in the salon against your course. The best way to do this is to call the salon to make your first appointment giving your voucher number. Please note If you are online booking, you will be charged a deposit for a single treatment as it will not recognise voucher codes, this is non refundable (please see online booking above).
All courses unless otherwise stated are valid for 12months.

Visiting Hazelwood– NB* Due to the nature of ‘Me Time’ anyone under 16yrs of age are only to visit with their own pre-booked appointment.
This is as a courtesy to clients receiving their treatments at Hazelwood, Thank you for your kind consideration.
SAT NAV– please turn at the Church on the High Street – otherwise it may direct you into THE PARK housing.
We are near La Flambé restaurant on the opposite side of the road
We have plenty of FREE off road parking as you pull up to the Salon arch window or Street parking has no restrictions.
We are delighted to provide disabled access to our reception area, a downstairs access toilet, and a downstairs access treatment room. Where the downstairs treatment room allows you to receive some of our lovely treatments, the couch does not have a face breathing hole when positioned lying on your front.
