How do you pronounce CACI and what does it mean?

CACI is pronounced “Kay See.”

It stands for Computer Aided Cosmetology Instrument and is one of the most recognised microcurrent technologies in the aesthetic industry.

Originally developed for medical rehabilitation, CACI technology is now widely used for non surgical facial toning, skin rejuvenation, and muscle lifting treatments.

What is microcurrent?

Microcurrent therapy delivers tiny electrical impulses that mirror the body’s natural bioelectrical field.

This gentle stimulation helps re educate facial muscles to lift, firm, and tone the skin. It is often referred to as a non surgical facial lifting treatment due to its visible contouring effects.

What does microcurrent feel like?

Microcurrent treatment is extremely gentle and virtually painless.

Most clients describe the sensation as a light tingling or warm energised feeling on the skin.

Is microcurrent safe?

Yes. Microcurrent technology has been used safely for many years within both medical and aesthetic settings.

CACI treatments are non invasive, gentle on the skin, and widely used for facial toning and rejuvenation.

How many treatments should I have?

Many clients notice visible improvements after their first treatment.

For longer lasting and more advanced results, a course of treatments is usually recommended. Your therapist will guide you on the most suitable treatment plan for your skin goals.

What happens after I have finished a course of treatments?

Following a course of CACI treatments, the skin often appears firmer, more lifted, and refreshed.

To maintain results, monthly maintenance treatments are usually recommended.

What happens if I stop treatments?

Results will gradually soften over time if maintenance treatments are stopped.

Regular treatments help maintain muscle tone and skin firmness in the same way regular exercise supports the body.

Will there be any recovery or downtime after my treatment?

No. CACI treatments are non invasive and gentle on the skin, meaning there is little to no downtime after treatment.

What should I do if I have an allergic reaction to an ingredient that is in a product I purchased?

Orbital microdermabrasion is an advanced skin resurfacing treatment that gently exfoliates the skin to improve texture, brightness, and overall skin clarity.

The treatment helps soften fine lines, smooth uneven texture, and reveal a fresher, more radiant complexion.

What does orbital microdermabrasion feel like?

The treatment is comfortable and non invasive.

A gentle vibrating movement is used across the skin to exfoliate without dragging or pulling.

What is ultrasonic peeling?

Ultrasonic peeling uses high frequency vibrations to gently exfoliate the skin and remove surface impurities.

The treatment helps brighten dull skin, improve clarity, and reveal a healthier glowing complexion.

What is LED Light Therapy?

LED Light Therapy uses clinically proven light wavelengths to help calm inflammation, support healing, reduce blemishes, and improve overall skin health.

Different light colours target different skin concerns including acne, redness, sensitivity, and signs of ageing.

In what circumstances is treatment not advised?

Certain medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent cosmetic procedures, or implanted medical devices may mean treatment is unsuitable or may need to be adapted.

A full consultation will always be carried out before treatment to ensure CACI is safe and appropriate for you.

If you have any medical concerns or are currently under medical care, we recommend speaking with your healthcare professional before booking.
