Salon Owners Summit


This week, Clare and I hopped on a plane to Dublin to listen to Inspirational speaker John Di Julius from the USA, expert in customer service.

We have been so motivated by his talk 4 hours felt like 10 minutes. Now Clare and I have the greatest task of sharing what we learnt, tweeking (not twerking) and moulding our vision, combining fresh thoughts to our team and establishment. All for the better, all to give you a better experience with us.
